At 360 ProBooks we like to be as transparent as possible with our clients and potential clients. We feel that in your search for services you should be fully aware of our process; from you filling out the contact form to us beginning the services you desire. As a result, we have provided our process and typical time frame below your reference and what you can expect as we get to know you and your accounting needs.

Explore

Everyone of our client relationships starts with the completion of our contact form located on the contact page of our website. Once you complete the form you'll receive an email from me with a link to a questionnaire. The completion and accuracy of the questionnaire is vital to assess whether we are the best fit for your service needs. Once reviewed, you'll receive a second email from me either inviting you to schedule a discovery meeting, or providing a list of other firms in my network who may be a better fit. Though we'd love to take on every one as a client, we know that there's a better option for you in our network.

Discovery

If you received the second email welcoming you to work with us, then, needs based on the questionnaire, we believe we have the necessary resources to fulfill your service. In the email you'll be invited to login and explore your client portal, schedule your free 1 hour Discovery chat, and complete any "tasks" you may have in the portal. The most important task is providing (at least) PDF bank statements for each business bank account and credit card. That task must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the Discovery chat. The Discovery chat is a time for us to get to know each other more. It's primarily meant to provide you time to ask questions and share your goals for your business. We purposely send out the questionnaire first in order to get the majority of our vital questions answered and allow you time during the Discovery chat.

Create

After the Discovery chat, 360 ProBooks creates and sends a proposal via email based on prior conversation and the questionnaire. Once you accept the proposal, 360 ProBooks prepares a service contract and also sends it via email.

Engage

Once all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed we can officially begin our services. You are officially a 360 ProBooks client! I'm so excited you decided to choose 360 ProBooks, and I'm looking forward to aiding in your continued growth and success!
